Siravo’s appointment represents another significant milestone in Discreet Pest & Wildlife Services’ long-term strategy of building one of New England’s premier commercial pest management organizations. As the company continues to expand its commercial presence throughout the region, it has made substantial investments in experienced leadership, advanced technology, regulatory compliance, electronic monitoring systems, and specialized services for highly regulated industries. In his new role, Siravo will oversee quality assurance initiatives across the company’s commercial portfolio, with a particular focus on food manufacturing, healthcare, pharmaceutical, hospitality, and other highly regulated facilities requiring rigorous documentation, regulatory compliance, and third-party audit preparedness.
With more than two decades of experience serving highly regulated industries, Siravo brings extensive expertise in commercial pest management, quality assurance, customer partnerships, regulatory compliance, and third-party audit readiness.
Over the course of his career, Siravo has developed extensive expertise supporting facilities operating under AIB, SQF, BRCGS, FDA, Joint Commission, and other rigorous regulatory and third-party audit standards. His experience helping facilities achieve and maintain audit readiness has made him one of the region’s most experienced professionals in audited commercial pest management and regulatory compliance.
Siravo began his career in pest management in 2003. Although he had never envisioned pest management as a career and entered the industry with little experience, he quickly found himself surrounded by exceptional mentors who helped shape his professional philosophy. Those early experiences established the values of integrity, consistency, and hard work that have guided his approach to customer service throughout his career.
Throughout his career, Siravo has designed, serviced, and managed pest management programs for hundreds of facilities, including food processing plants, hospitals, medical device manufacturers, commercial properties, and other highly regulated environments throughout Massachusetts. His experience ranges from small operations to some of the largest and most complex facilities in the region. His work has also placed him at the center of numerous third-party audits, reinforcing the importance of proactive service, effective communication, and meticulous documentation.
“One lesson that has stayed with me throughout my career is simple: if it isn’t documented, it isn’t done,” Siravo said. “Accurate documentation isn’t just about passing audits—it’s about protecting the customer, creating accountability, identifying trends over time, and ensuring every recommendation is followed through.”
Siravo believes successful pest management in highly regulated facilities depends on identifying risks before they become problems through detailed inspections, proactive communication, and close collaboration with facility personnel. He also believes lasting customer relationships are the foundation of every successful pest management program.
